One email to a department director turned into two programs. 

Leadership Through Events and Creative Entrepreneurship are hands-on programs designed to help young people develop leadership, communication, and entrepreneurial skills through real-world experiences.

Through event production, content creation, teamwork, and community engagement, students don’t just learn leadership — they practice it.

While most small businesses outsource creative labor, we hire and train students from across the country — teaching them the real-world tools of branding, strategy, and event production.
